ORIGINAL ARTICLE: VALLEJO — The Vallejo Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 48 year old James (Jim) Stepps out of the Vallejo California area.
James was last seen on February 27, 2017 at approximately 8 pm between Steffan St. and Rollingwood. His car was found on Rollingwood at 9 pm. He was last seen wearing white t-shirt, dark blue jeans, a cap, and a black onyx diamond bracelet. James has many tattoos including “Vallejo” written on his neck, one on his forearm that reads “Stepps”, a web on a middle finger, and praying hands on his hands with “Mom” written under it. James also has two double black hoop earrings in each ear, and dentures on the top. Due to a back injury James may have trouble moving and could be in need of his medication.
James is described as:
• Gender: Male.
• Eyes: Green.
• Hair: Short grey/blonde almost bald.
• Height: 5 foot 10 inches.
• Weight: 270 pounds.
