REDDING — The Redding Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 38 year old Moses Richard Cantu out of the Redding, California area.
Moses was last seen on October 8, 2017 when he walked away from a residential care facility on Kimberly Drive. Moses suffers from a mental disability, a traumatic brain injury, and partial paralysis on his right side that causes him to walk with a distinct limp. He is considered to be at risk due to his medical conditions.
Moses was last seen wearing a blue plaid flannel shirt and blue jean shorts.
Moses is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• HAIR: Brown.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 Feet 8 Inches.
• WEIGHT: 148 Pounds.
• OTHER: He has tattoos on his face and both arms.
