SAN DIEGO — The missing’s family is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 21 year old Neil Dohner out of the San Diego, California area.
Neil was last seen on November 15, 2017 in San Diego.
Neil is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• HAIR: Brown.
• EYES: Blue.
• HEIGHT: 5 Feet 8 Inches.
• WEIGHT: 120-130 Pounds.
• OTHER: Neil has ear piercings, and cartilage pierced.
