Roger was on March 26, 2017 in between 2:30 and 5:00 pm. Roger was last seen wearing grey jogging pants and a t-shirt and was last seen at a property located on 2141 McAlexander Road in Hayfork, California.

Roger is described as:

• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: Asian.
• HAIR: Black curly shoulder length.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 7 inches.
• WEIGHT: 150 pounds.
• OTHER: Roger has 2 tattoos, one on each of his arms.
